The problem with hanging the Internet in some Windows XP SP2

I remember on one of the problems with the connection to the Internet, which ran after the replacement of the operating system Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP1 on Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition SP2. It is possible for someone, it will be more relevant. So, of problems we describe:

While working in the network after some time, when about half an hour, and when more and why it began to appear on the error message:

"Generic Host Process for Win32 Services - An error has occurred. To close. We apologize for any inconvenience."

Then hang the browser, and the icon in the tray is in the panel bottom right of the screen, did not respond to my attempts to update the connection or disable it. The problem was solved by rebooting the computer and repeat again in half an hour - hour of work in the network. Naturally, this I will soon put it mildly, boring. To find a solution, drummed into the search box Yandex and Google's literal text of the error. As a result, found a number of publications: the Conference iXBT.com and site Daxa.com.ua . It turned out that a systemic application error svchost.exe operating system, due to errors in itself.

Suggested two solutions.

First, I took advantage of them and is suitable for single computers, not connected with other local area network (eg home or at work).

I had to do the following:

- press the key combination Microsoft + R (clarify: 'Microsoft' - the key to the image of corporate icon Microsoft);
- - the pop-up window with the command line type text "msconfig" and press 'OK';
In the open window go to the tab 'Services' and remove the check mark from the 'Server' and 'Workstation', then also press 'OK';
- reboot computer
- In the window that appears with the message tick the box and click 'OK'.

These changes have no impact on the computer and removed the problem with an error.

The second option was to download and install special treating patch - a patch to make changes to the program operating systems. If you work in a local network, it should be done. Look for updates on the page caliper system Windows. For a more detailed study of the system upgrade, go on links above.

Naturally there is a third option - to establish a new system of Windows XP SP3 or Windows 7.
